Our offer is aimed exclusively at professionals and dealers. All prices shown are therefore net (+ VAT.). We don´t sell to private individuals.

We have no minimum order! They also pay no surcharge!
Shipping & Returns (Germany)
For domestic orders are subject to the following conditions:
For ordinary parcels up to 10kg, we calculate net € 8.40 (gross = 10 - €). Increase from 10kg to the shipping costs accordingly.
The packages are shipped at our discretion with DHL or DPD. The dispatch takes place immediately.
Against surcharge also an express delivery or deposit is possible.
Orders that we receive on our site are processed separately and are therefore mostly faster delivery, usually on the same working day on which the order is received at our clock to 15.00.
Foreign Orders
Shipping with DHL or DPD, from 15 - €, (gross = 17,85 €), depending on weight, type of shipment and the country.
Payment Options
Industry, retailers, craftsmen, schools, universities and all institutions of public law with a VAT-ID-Nr. have (eg DE ....), their office, billing and shipping address in Germany, will be supplied on open account, payable within 14 days without any deductions. Serving businesses and institutions outside of Germany, with which we are not yet in business relationship, we are only payments in advance.
Transport damage
In case of visible damage to the package please make sure to adopt and monitor the damage by the postman.

any damage to the contents, then please contact us immediately. For further questions about hidden damage,

Please send such packets but do not simply return it to us.
